After you sign up, you'll schedule a kickoff call with your dedicated onboarding specialist. They'll walk you through connecting your accounts, gather any historical data needed, and have your books set up typically within 24–48 hours. Most clients have their first month of clean books within one billing cycle.
We primarily work in QuickBooks Online and Xero — the two industry-standard platforms trusted by accountants and CPAs nationwide. If you're not already using one, we'll help you get set up. We don't work in spreadsheets or non-standard tools.
Absolutely. As your business grows, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades are also possible if your transaction volume decreases. Plan changes take effect on your next billing cycle. There are no penalties or fees for switching.
Yes — on our Grow, Premium, and Custom plans, you're assigned a dedicated bookkeeper who gets to know your business. On the Startup plan, you have access to our bookkeeping team with guaranteed response times. Every plan includes a human point of contact, never a bot.
Reports are delivered by the 15th of the following month for all standard plans. For Premium and Custom clients, we offer expedited delivery by the 10th. You'll receive a notification when your books are closed and reports are ready for review.
Yes. If your books are behind — whether by a few months or a few years — we offer dedicated catch-up bookkeeping services. We'll assess the scope of work, provide a flat-rate quote, and get your books current before transitioning to ongoing monthly service.
